Repaired FICM
My FICM was reading 20.x volts during the 3second start, 48v after, and 35.x running.
After I resoldered everything, 48.x volts during 3 second start, 48.9v after, and 47-48v running.
Every once in a while, it's a bit rough still. I have a bit to much diesel kleen in it, just changed oil and coolant. Going to do EGR delete next week perhaps. Any other suggestions to keep me going? At 201k when it started acting funny, runs a lot better now though. Still not perfect, not as I'd like it. I want to guarantee my next 200k though.

I clean my egr every 20k or so. Just did it a month ago. I have egr delete kit on my workbench but I haven't figured out how to keep the CEL out without a custom tune. Once I get over that, it will be egr deletion.
Also, I'm still having a slight miss, albeit MUCH better than before. This weekend I'm gonna pull it apart again and see what I can figure out.
