Keep calling them, I don't think there is many people working there so probably hard to get on the phone. I've heard their customer service is great though. Maybe shoot them an email too!?

Usually when a pump starts blowing fuses, it's working too hard, ie, a blockage somewhere.

That's nice they're sending you the new unit though. I heard they did this for someone on PSN too, they had an issue with the pump losing prime, and pureflow sent them an entire new pump.

Hard to get a hold of, but good customer service once you do it seems.

okay the tower unit showed up
i installed it ...took 4 hours....to get it going
What a payne in the *** to bleed the air out...
pump was primed and i filled the pre filter up with diesel..haha
Took a long time...
ended up taking the feed line off at the fuel filter bowl..
got diesel every where...
Started at 50 psi .....slowly after driving..went back up to 55 psi
So the pump only lasted 5 months of canadian winter

i hope this one lasts longer

what a bitch to bleed out the air...

so the pump was shorted out in side....that is why i blew the fuse.....

new pump only had 10,000 miles .....4 months.......

Truck is running good now
