I got a RCD kit and it comes with everthing you need but the intake gasket and a turbo install kit which i got them off of ebay the intake gasket was like 25 and turbo install was like 10 and the oil cooler will come with all the o rings and the new stainless steel oil screen. I would not reuse the intake gasket like they say you can becuse they are hard plastic with o rings on them and the plastic usualy breakes when you try to remove the intake.

sinister and RCD are the same kit essentially. Some trucks you can reuse the gaskets no problem. I did an 04 truck with 100k on it and the gaskets ripped apart as I pulled the intake manifold off.

Most of the problems come from the egr system and the crappy ford gold coolant, Deleting your EGR system and replacing the fod gold coolant with an ELC coolant will greatly reduce your chances of having headgasket problems.

Again with the Ford coolant....

What about the sand castings breaking loose from the block? I'd be more worried about that than the coolant itself. All of this CAT coolant everyone recommends is also NOT approved by Ford for these motors from what I can tell. I'm not saying I'm against it just yet, but I think more research needs to be done. I'll get that link up...
