You can but.... you will need to ditch the bullydog. The bullydog with stock injectors is going to wreck your tranny faster than larger injectors with proper tuning. You will want to get an SCT and get custom tunes. You can get injectors then and have the fuel pulled back in the tuning until you can afford a larger turbo. 155s would be a good choice. You could put 190's in, but you wouldn't be able to tow very heavy without more air (bigger charger).
SCT and 155's would be your best bet IMO.

Also what's your budget... a new set of injectors is going to cost more than a transmission rebuild...

Well I have a little over 1500 at the moment the reason I am asking about the injectors is I think mine might be bad or that's what I have heard because when its cold sometimes it knocks real loud and I don't want to waste money buying stock injectors when later I know I want to put upgraded injectors

Well the thing is no one makes injectors for these. You can buy some "rebuilds" from some companies, but more times than not you're going to have more problems with them since they're essentially a used injector. The reputable shops have you buy new injectors from Ford, then send them off to get built to your specs. $1500 wont even get you a set of 8 from Ford, you're already way over budget on that unfortunately.
I'd spend the money on an SCT right now. That alone will be a nice improvement.
You can also try some Rev-X to get those injectors firing like new again. You'll be amazed at how well it works!

You probably are done with this already, but I would check the FICM before worring about the injectors being bad. A half shell if its a 4 pin is only $400 shipped to you and it is just a bolt in. No tuning required.
If it is still running take it in and have a injector drop done on it and see how the injectors are running. I swore I had one going out, but after the tests I found the FICM to be bad.
Does it have the latest ford flash on it?

It'd be a lot easier and quicker to just test the FICM at home. Takes a buddy and about 10 minutes of time to do. That will tell him right there if it's bad or not. If it is, just solder it or find a buddy to do it, that's a lot cheaper than $400 too! It is interesting that you can order those half shells now through Ford!
