You need to match the injectors to your turbo. If you plan on running stock turbo, stay with 155's. You can go to 190's, but I wouldn't really recommend towing with that large of an injector on a stock turbo. Some guys do, but you will have to keep one eye on the road and another on the pyro. You're gonna have to lose the quadzilla and get an SCT with custom tunes as well. If you don't, you wont see the full potential and your transmission will live a VERY short life.

Since you say you do tow, I'd go 155's and a 62 VGT turbo. Casserly builds nice injectors and so does hypermax. I hope you have a good chunk of change set to the side. Casserly wont rebuild injectors anymore, they need BRAND NEW cores to start with, so go price new injectors at your dealer, then you'd have to ship those to Cass, and then pay him on top of that. It isn't cheap. There are no aftermarket injectors for 6.0's, they're all OEM, rebuilt to the builders specs.

You'll notice a decent increase in power and shifting abilities with just switching to a custom tuned SCT before you even get injectors.

I was told Hypermax just rebuilds what you send them, so if they are junk injectors you get junk modified injectors back. $.02

I'd say use 155-175 injectors and a Powermax turbo. Get the tuning squared away with some SCT tunes and you will be VERY happy!

after reading your sig, id recommend spending your money on studs and a sct. Your truck wil run much better with a sct then a quad or any other "tuner". Plus it would be a shame to put all the money into injectors just to lift a head.

I can't say 100% for sure what they do, because frankly I dont know. I do know that in the last year or so a lot of the builders have changed their policy to only rebuild NEW injectors. FWIW, Shawn Ellertons 1000rwhp+ truck is running hypermax injectors...

If your injectors are not shot, I would say get the SCT and some custom tunes and see how you like that. Talking reality here, if you drive your truck and use it as a truck meaning hauling and pulling a trailer down the road. You will be happier not spending several thousand dollars on new injectors, having them modified, new turbo and fuel system to make sure you can supply fuel and air only to find you can't pull your trailer without melting your pistons. Then you don't really feel that fast on the street because nobody wants to wait for you to get your turbo to lite, now you need a nitrous set up too, next its a custom transmission. $$$$$ just keeps adding up. If you want a truck built for the track, dyno numbers or sled thats another story.

There are several people who I have spoken with that tow daily with 190's and a stock 03 turbo, but like I said, you really gotta watch the pyro and be careful. 155's and a 62vgt should be a good setup for daily driving and towing still. If money is no object, twins it is!

You do need to do supporting mods at the same time or FIRST though.

Your best bet is to call around to some of the builders and tell them what you have to spend, what you want to do with the truck, and see what they have to say.

I would call, but not limited to:
Innovative Diesel
Elite Diesel
GoGo diesel
River City Diesel

See what they offer and tell you to do.

You are going to want ARP studs (or H11's if you have money to burn).
