Agreed, it's hard to find anything for these trucks for $20, however it's not a performance enhancer, it literally will only help, IF you're already having issues.

A fuel pressure gauge is key!

if its the spring that goes into the fuel filter housing on top of the engine i already did that about 30 thousand miles ago and havent had injector problems since

I know this is an old thread but a regulated fuel pump doesnt mean you dont need a regulated return kit. A regulated return kit specifically is designed for pushing the fuel through the back cylinders and then to the front where it is then regulated. The STOCK fuel lines are ran horribly and as you hit the accelerator the fuel gets pulled from the front cylinders then the back. THIS is why your injectors tend to fail (7-8) bc they are starving for fuel. Just some insight.

Really...ever look at the firing order for the 6.0??

If any pair of injectors would "routinely" fail it would be 6&8 since they are on the same side firing one after the other.

Yes I have. I understand how they "fire" but what you're not understanding is how the fuel is plumbed in this motor. Its why the regulated return ties into the back side of the block on BOTH sides aka cylinders 7 and 8. Ive seen some just try and tie in the two heads together at the back but I personally haven't seen numbers representing any improvement. I'd just buy the regulated return kit from sinister or another reputable company that bypass the stock junk regulator.
