that rebuild kit is very nice by the way, have it in my transmission, 4r100, worth the money thats for sure

thats for the info, if i toast the stock clutches i know what to get!!
any info on the imput shaft istall?
my buddys a ford mechanic i might just have him wrench on it

personally i would try and just slide the transmission back after you disconect drivelines and all that junk, that way you dont have to try and align it back up afterwards cause thats a pain in the ***, once you get it away from the engine slide the TC off and becareful cause it is heavy, and full of ATF, if you spill any put a little back in it, and after you get it off you should be able to slide out the stock input shaft and then slide the new one in and then just hook everything back up, and when you go to put the TC back on be sure its on ALL the way or you will burn up your transmission, push it on and then push and turn it at the same time a good few times just to be sure, a few extra minutes of that is well worth the whatever you would end up frying if it didn't get on right, i think that about covers it all, good luck! let know how it goes when you are finished

the tranny is already out so i have to align it anyways.
the imput shaft literally slides in and out

no i never did it yet aj!!
im asking if that is, i talked to my buddy thats a ford mechanic and he said you have to take out the pump or something, im just gunna have him do it some night on the side for me. flip him a 50 or so

it slides in and out, i didn't have to do anything but take off the TC when i put a billet shaft in mine, grasp firmly and pull ha thats all it takes
