Building a 6.0

Building a 6.0
Sometime around April I will have a chance to buy an 06 F350 6.0. Its my moms truck, with 44k miles as of right now. She's getting a 2011 PSD, so I know the truck pretty well inside and out. As of right now it has an Edge Juice Platinum with the monitor in it but I'm going to trade that for an SCT Livewire once I get the truck. What would you guys run to get about 650-700hp out of it?

I want to be able to use this truck for mainly highway driving and some track runs... The heaviest towing it'll see from me is a 28ft camp trailer which is about 8k pounds, but I might wanna drop my power goal to about 500 to keep it streetable for in town driving.
But once I get it, I'm doing headstuds, egr delete, dual "off road" exhaust, SCT livewire, and a CAI. I'm thinking of doing an Aurora 4000 turbo with stage 3 injectors... Will this suffice?

Who's injectors? Stage 3? Chances are a "stage 3" is going to be too large for any towing without a twin setup (which will be much more $$$).
500 is easily attainable.
I'd do 155 cc injectors, a good VGT turbo, fuel system (airdog II, and x-over lines on the back of the heads), the studs, the EGR delete, and you should be at your 500hp mark or a touch more. If you want more fun for track days, strap some nitrous on it. I think that'd be the most realistic, easy 500hp and still fun for the track.

Get the airdog II, that way you dont need to spend $750 on the ITP regulated return kit. The airdog II is already regulated. The HPOP, there is a lot of debate about, but there are 1000rwhp strokers running stock HPOP's if that tells you anything.
You'll definitely want a full set of gauges, including fuel pressure, probably be the most important one you can have in the truck with a fuel system and injectors.
Valve springs... I wouldn't waste your time or money unless you plan on revving the thing to the moon every day. If you have the time and money, couldn't hurt I guess... have you tried locating a set of springs? Not sure there is any offerings. I've heard of guys using 4.6 gasser V8 springs on these though...

I'm semi set on the ATS turbo because my 97 is running the 3000/5000 twin setup and its a great set up and my friend just put the 4000 on his 7.3 and it spools quick! But I'll definetly call Elite once I do get the truck in my possesion.
I know about the gauges, I plan on getting the carbon fiber autometers, boost (0-60psi) pyro, volt meter, and fuel pressure. How reliable is the electric fuel pressure gauge on these trucks? My friends 7.3 has had no problems with the electric FP autometer but I'm not entirely sold on it.

I haven't heard anything bad about the electric fuel pressure gauges, which is what you need if you want it in cab. IMO gauges are kind of get what you pay for. I'm not familiar with the autometer stuff, but never heard anything bad I guess... I run Dipricol Optix myself. I like them a lot.
