Default Swapping out front rotors, new lug studs?

I'm ecstatic to say I picked up a 93 4x4 w250 5 speed truck last week to replace my 84 ramcharger gasser, but the new truck needs alot of work! I decided to tackle the front brakes ( or atleast start) but ran into some problems. The caliper was siezed on one side and when taking apart the manual locking hub one of the jam nuts had a gash in it, as well as the locking ring being bent! Hopefully NAPA will have some much needed parts tomorrow.

Anyhow, I also bought some ssbc rotors to go on the truck as well. Obviously the old rotor is attached to the hub via the lug studs, however can I just pop the old ones out and reinstall into the new rotor/old hub or do I need all new studs for the new rotor? Sorry I am learning in the process of doing the job, so forgive me if this is a silly question. Thanks,
--Garrett
