Default Small twins set up

was considering a small twin set up with a hx35 and a hx40.. not looking to hook to a sled or anything just want quick spooling and low EGTs.. plus it would cool to be able to say i got twins haha what do you guys think?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

or maybe a HT3B with the HX35

My HX35/S471 spooled up pretty quick. It's a little slower now with the HX35/40 and S471, and a 16cm exh housing on the HX35/40. The 16cm exh housing flows much better, with less back pressure, but is a little lazier.

S471 works great with the HX35. Let me know if we can help.

I had a hard time surpassing 1300* towing my trailer with a set of 65hp injectors, and a Smarty stacked with EJWA. Granted I didn't have either chip maxed out while towing, it was working hard. Unloaded, chips maxed out, foot to the floor, still hard to reach 1300*.

40's are known for a weak shaft, and lazy. I would build a HX35/40 hybrid. You use the compressor wheel and housing from the HX40, and put it on the HX35 cartridge. Some machining is required.
