So im looking for a cowl hood for my first gen, and have found a 3 inch cowl fiberglass bolt on, but i am a bodyman and know that fiberglass anything SUCKS!!! so i want a steel hood, ive heard on other forums and what not that a company or companys make a steel cowl hood for our trucks does anyone know what the company is called or where i can buy one? and while ur at it if u guys have a first gen w a cowl hood lets see some pics! Thanks guys!

 

its not a complete hood it is just a cowl yo have to add to your original hood

I bought a 4" cowl hood for my Monte Carlo from the site 92Betsy just put up. It was a very nice hood and the only complaint that I have is that where the hood curls up at the cowl, it didn't quite match the fenders and sticks up as a result. Otherwise I am very happy with the quality, its been on for 7 years now and still looks great.
