I think the one got is the same yours..I also ordered the double gauges.I checked my intercooler and it was good.so the cooler must be too small.the rest of my stuff should be here next week. I am re-pluming it now ....When I get it set up I'll post some numbers......( I hope this isn't high jackin your thread)

Hijack away, you're still on-topic. I'm down a wife and kid so I may actually have money to get this thing pumping correctly. I've also considered the Bosch pump is inadequate for such a long run, so I need to possibly look into a better pump and just use this one to circulate pond water for a koy fish or something. Bout all it seems good for

I am running a/c also, I just put in a new radiator too, but ther is enough room for me to run the water to air cooler.. cooler in place of the old air to air cooler up front. and the air to water is now off to the side ill get some pics soon.

I am going to use the old intercooler as a water cooler since i have it....but i like the thin one you got i may go to it also,......the big hole on the left is the cold are intake ,and on the right is the air to water cooler, the cooler in the middle will be for cooling the cooler water........because that cooler is now full of water wouldn't that be better on the engine radiator also insted of 300 deg, air in it...... the ambiant temp shouldn't be heated up ????? as much hhmmmm mabey not, sounds good though,Name: untitled.png

of course you can run a/c because you've got plenty of room to work with in that chevy. i've got an 89 and room behind the grill is just at or maybe a little under an inch to the a/c condenser, and i dont really want a newer clip on it either nor do i want to hack the grill apart

Tower of power, do you have any more pictures of your system? I am considering doing this to maintain A/C in my '90. Are you still having positive results with the A2W? I have my idea in my head on how to do it, basically integrate the IC core into a custom intake manifold (hard to explain). I am just worried how this will work for a DD. My truck will never see more than a 1 or 2 car trailer (so 8k at the VERY max), and will never see competitive pulling (so far, haha). Just looking to see if this is the way I should go, or if I should stick to air to air for a while.
