Air to water intercooler
I didn't do a step by step write up... Wife and I hit a rough patch and she moved out, just haven't had the extra heart to put into the truck. I got everything on the truck, and now I just have to finish all of my wiring for the Circulating pump and electric fan. My focus has shifted from street terror to just getting the truck ready for a 1200 mile trip towing my life in a box behind it... Anyways this is what I came out with.
It's a relatively small system but plenty of surface area to pull and dissipate the heat. Including radiator and intercooler it held a bottle or so of water wetter and about a gallon of anti-freeze

Truck is almost done, circulating pump is whisper quiet and electric fan is spinning in the correct direction. I'm going to fill the gaps between the intercooler radiator and the engine radiator since my dual electric fans will pull more air than that small 10" fan in the front. The 10" fan will be on constantly and when the engine fans kick on at temp it should greatly increase efficiency of the system. Two wires are keeping me from wrapping up the project, a key on key off to the circulating pump/fan and the thermostatic fan controls and a single hot-wire for the electric fan mounted on my trans cooler. Anyone have any idea how much is too much? That'll put me up to 4 electric fans plus any other factory electric loads. Excessive? Maybe . need me a mean green alternator.

it was a universal kit but it looks like it was made for the truck haha i got lucky and everything fit with small modifications. a little bit of fab work goes a long way. the tools everyone should own... welder (mig or tig), oxy/acetylene torches, chop saw of some sort, and a good 90* grinder. about 80% of my truck wouldnt be possible without those tools thanks for the positive feedback guys. i still have to take it for a test drive. im hoping it'll keep up with the trucks EGT's with out having to defuel it. i dont plan on towing very heavy. 2,000lb trailer plus the weight of my belongings.
