I had a 2nd gen HX-40 DP on my truck for a while and it fit like a glove. My problem was it didn't line up with the rest of the exhaust so I had to use flexpipe to make it line up.

 

i made it work, i have a small exhaust leak right at the turbo flange but thats bc my existing exhaust didnt line up perfectly so neither did the flange. its liveable... i'll fix it later on down the road or something. the S300 seems abit laggy, idk if i need to fuel it a little harder or not. i've got the new full power screw in further than the old one as my idle is now higher. gonna crank the smoke screw down and run it afew times up and down the street but man is the old girl smoootthhhh its like a cummins cadillac hahahaha except for you feel every pebble in the road

 

i put a 2ng gen hx 40 dp in mine i just hit the fire wall with a hammer a bit and it fit like a glove love the new turbo
