I can channel the top of the nozzle and cut off the pins on the intermediate disk to make them work, but it is such a pain, it wouldn't be worth it.

Unfortunately no, might be interesting to cut them apart to compare the sac volume.

There are a few that are useable in both 12v and 24v applications, the pencil style 12v nozzles must be modified to fit the holder however. Most are not much of a hp increase without enlarging the spray orifices.
