Rollin Smoke Diesel has a 4" system with the 4" Down pipe for a good price. For a good price on autometer gauges you can go to re-racing.com, for isspro the sponsors her had the best price. Just go to Price Quote - Request A Price - Diesel Bombers and ask them for a quote on the gauge setup.

After i got gauges i took the afc spring out, turned the fuel pin til the deepest part was facing forward, and turned the full fuel screw 1 turn(mint hit the collar on the screw but i think they are all in different places) I cant hit anything over 1050* EGT empty at WOT, and didnt go over 1100* with 3000lbs in the bed. I still get 16-18mpg depending on how i drive, i'm sure you could get 20mpg if you kept your foot out of it. As for exhaust I just used 3" flex-pipe and put a 5" stack in, but my stack was free, so i only have like $22 in my exhaust.
