4" downpipe on stock turbo? 5" for the rest?

I did 5" out of the turbo....


Reduced it down to 4" to shoe horn it ...



Then a couple 90 degree mandrel bent pieces...



And BAM it dropped right out in 4" in the original place it was supposed to be.

wow... is all i can say to those twins. both your designs look super clean. but about the exhaust, i bought the 3-4" flange from source and built the rest myself, 4" dp to 5" after the t case to 5" flex to the stack kit i made myself. i went with five inch because one, it sounds amazing, and two, i just stop by the local semi-truck shop to get all the 5" stuff cheaper than anywhere else, including ebay.

Nothing sounds quite as good as a first gen with 5" exhaust. I went with 5" all the way for a few reasons. 1. It sounds freakin' sweet. 2. The outlet on my primary is 5". 3. My truck is a 2wd, so it wasn't as hard to make it fit.

wow man, that is a beast of a down pipe, i cant wait to get started on mine after i finish the trans. you got any videos or sound clips of that beast? nice work too. looks pro.

not bad vids, i love watching the boost gauge go all the way around. you need a got boost sticker

Diamond Eye has 4" from turbo to tail for only 270. I got it from tvdiesel.com

Diamond eye is what I am running 4" from the turbo back it runs and sounds great , Got it from BBD Performance hit them up for a good price.
