4" downpipe on stock turbo? 5" for the rest?
I did 5" out of the turbo....

Reduced it down to 4" to shoe horn it ...

Then a couple 90 degree mandrel bent pieces...

And BAM it dropped right out in 4" in the original place it was supposed to be.

wow... is all i can say to those twins. both your designs look super clean. but about the exhaust, i bought the 3-4" flange from source and built the rest myself, 4" dp to 5" after the t case to 5" flex to the stack kit i made myself. i went with five inch because one, it sounds amazing, and two, i just stop by the local semi-truck shop to get all the 5" stuff cheaper than anywhere else, including ebay.
Nothing sounds quite as good as a first gen with 5" exhaust. I went with 5" all the way for a few reasons. 1. It sounds freakin' sweet. 2. The outlet on my primary is 5". 3. My truck is a 2wd, so it wasn't as hard to make it fit.
My downpipe vs. a stans 4"

A little paint and header wrap for good measure.

Then went to 4"
