200 PSI? I believe that the number is an order of magnitude larger than that... The delivery valves are basically check valves, the injectors open at the pop pressure and close a little bit below pop pressure. My understanding is that the delivery valves keep things right below pop pressure.

Thats what I thought... Either way taking your DV's out is a good way to make your truck run like ****.

as stated before i slept a good bit, i did catch a get a good bit out of the class tho. you're probably correct 200 is pretty low but i didnt want to sound ignorant and say such and such psi and it be above VE pop pressures (the class went into more detail on specifications of P style pumps). its probably from 500-900 psi, i do remember it wasnt in tripple digits, but not quite pop pressure.. within a few hundred below.
