With the items under the afc housing you only get so much really. The biggest gains in smoke r the full fuel screw. Which in turn give more power to as a side effect.

There is another Smoke mod as well. inside the pump top is the AFC foot, you can grind it down, n it'll smoke like a 1800's steam engine! But, it makes the throttle extremly touchy. I never did it because of that, n the higher power guys end up getting a new one and leaving it alone. You'll notice the smoke on those mods u did under heavy throttle when the turbo isnt spooled. Like leaving from a dead stop n mashing it.

That full power screw and a straight pipe were pretty much alll I did to the 93 5spd I used to have. It would roll smoke and roll the 37" tires too. The only other thing I did was adjust the throttle linkage and throttle stop. It did however reach 1400 degrees towing my jeep in the mountains. So far on my 92 I turned the smoke screw and a turn and a half on the full power screw. Its not quite as strong as my 93, but not bad.

each IP responds differently. And unless u have changed it, u got the nasty monster 21cm exhaust housing too.
So the 93 probably was a bit stronger. There r lots of adjustment to be made on the good ol VE.
