Idle adjust
The screw will be on the in-board side of the pump. Kinda a pain to get to it. You can tell which one it is by looking at thearm fro the throttle and you can see the screw it rests on. Might as well take the top off the pump and flip it around so that you can adjust it easy.
I don't understand how it's easier to adjust the idle with the screw flipped over.
I use a 1/4" wrench. I don't know why it works, but it does. I can run the low idle screw all the way in or out within a few minutes with a 1/4" wrench.

I don't see how, with the throttle and timing cover still in the way it's not that much easier.
1/4" wrench or little ratcheting 90 degree screwdriver.
Really, if you spray it down with brake cleaner, it should be really easy to turn. They're loose threads.
