Injectors

6x18's are to big for a 1st gen, 6x16's are about as large as you can go and still have the fuel atomize. KTA made more power with the 6x16's then 6x18's.
If your looking for a good mix of a truck to play and tow I think some 435's a s300 based turbo and a valet switch for towing along with the other supporting mods (gauges, fuel supply, and exhaust) would be a nice set-up.

To the original poster, Brian's "puller" has 370's an HX40 (It might be a super) and I believe a piston lift pump. He is a little under 400rwhp with that setup, and loves the way it tows.

I agree with you, with a single turbo, a set of 6X.016 injectors would be the best you would get. Although, they really aren't needed if the truck is just going to tow. If you keep the pump mods to a minimum, then they would be very easy to keep clean and cool though.
