I'm in the process of making a mechanical TDI pump for a VW TDI. I'll use parts from the stock electronic VW TDI pump, a mechanical VW pump, and a 4BT pump. I'm interested in finding a 5200rpm spring, also do they have ones that go higher? Could i use the those partnumbers and contact bosch to order springs?

I might also note that a few overseas guys have more available mechanical pumps. Several have installed 12mm plungers and had them sieze from high rpm high fueling conditions. Might be something to think about for you guys.
