Default Reducing Vibrations On A 91 Cummins

My coworker’s 91 Cummins constantly vibrates. He is getting older and does not want to put up with it anymore. What inexpensive upgrades could he buy to reduce or eliminate the vibrations?

In all seriousness, a 318 V8.

Noise reduction is do-able with Dynamat and whatnot, I've never heard of vibration reduction on our engines though. Maybe a heavy flywheel?

I was thinking a flywheel and mounts, but I don't know if they would make that much of a difference. I was hoping someone already tackled this problem...

Fluidampner will help a lot, little pricey but worth it.

Tell him to trade it in on a gasser.

Is he for real BTW?

He is looking at all kinds of different vehicles, and wants to get rid of his truck, but everyone keeps telling him what a good truck it is. It is in perfect shape, and I would buy it if it was a stick. He complains about the vibrations all the time so I figured I would see if anyone on here had suggestions to reduce it because I know my truck does not vibrate at all so it must be fixable.

The only time mine vibrates is when it is idling too low. The mirrors shake so much you cant see out of them unless you rev it up a bit. Vibrating while driving could be the death wobble maybe ???

He is going to sell it now so the next owner can deal with it. He got a left over '07 Toyota FJ Crusier. It is bright blue and we make fun of him all the time for it....
