Default Looking to upgrade my Turbo

I have a 92 cummins with 100 hp injectors and a 3200 rpm spring and a fuel pin I'm wanting to get a turbo but I don't know what to get I want something that is going to spool quick and have the least turbo lag possible and build a lot of boost I don't know weather to upgrade my or to get a different turbo I only wanna spend around 500 .

I get 39 psi out of the stock turbo with a GDS 60MM wheel and housing alond with a 16cm exaust housing, if you have a stick i would go with a 14cm exaust housing.

go much smaller than that and the EGT's will get warm.

Get a used HX35.... I paid $150 for one, and got another for free. Spools quick.

an HX 35 really has nothing more than a smaller exaust housing than the stock turbo.

Get an HX35 and go compound over a HX55, those are my thoughts for a true upgrade. LOL
