I am planning on finally starting my drag truck project. It is not going to be a street driven truck but i do want to keep it street legal. i am just having a hard time getting a parts list started. I want to be in the range of the HIGH 9 to LOW 10 second 1/4 range eventually. my truck is 2wd and weights just shy of 5000lbs by the COOP scales. Can somebody give me a generic list of things it will take to support this. im not asking for anybodys secrets just a start.

 

Massaged/Benched P7100 and supporting air. Gonna be really tough to get a 12mm VE quicker than 12.0.

If you're serious about a 10 or 9 second truck, save the money/aggravation and go straight to the P-pump.

 

oh yea i planned on going with a p pump. would i be better off to just buy a Dragon Flow pump or just by a 180 pump and have it built to support my goals
