Default HELP!! my 48re's not happy

i'm sure this has been coverd before but i'm out of time and can't have my truck down.
that said, i've got a 06' dodge 2500 4x4 with a stock 48re, i've got a diablo sport predator, airdog 2, mbrp exhaust and afe S2 intake, 34" tires and the truck has 106K on the clock. the bands have never been adjusted and the trans-filter was changed at 100K. around 103k the tranny started shifting back and forth between 1-2 gear at 10-15mph then finally to 2nd. at 105K it started doing it between 2-3. the problem is getting worse, can anyone
tell me what is going on? can i narrow down the problems myself or is this for a trans-shop? how long will this tranny last? is there anything else that needs to be upgraded while i'm at it?
Thanks
Jonathan

ps if i'm posting this in the wrong place let me know and i'll move it

ok so the one recomendation is the gov solenoid and transducer, does this sound right? can i just pick up one at the local parts store or should i go with a particular brand? also i'm thinking about upgrading th VB at the same time, again is there a prefered brand?
thanks again
Jonathan

Bad shift soleniod upgrade to the GM style look on E-bay Adjust your bands. Then start saving for a valve body and TQ If there wasn't alot of gunk in the pan you may be lucky but a stock tranny with any power mods is toast! Call Dave at Goerend and do it right the first time! He will get you what you need from mild to wild!
