If i do a valvebody and torque converter to the 48 will it hold 500hp level w o problems?

Ok was jw im new with 5.9l CR this my first one. I hear the 48 is stronger then 47 figure i ask before i do. Im looking to throw a programmer intake exhaust possible turbo id say that puts me around 450 to 500 hp?
