Well thanks for all the responses guys. And good to know about the duramaxes and having problems. You potentially saved me from doing something dumb haha

No problem, I wouldn't want something to happen to my truck (I love it more than my GF), so glad to of helped, but I did do more digging and a safe way to make a cummins lope is to change the injector tubes, but thats about it.
