Yes, if you get the 100gph system or less you can use your stock lines and plug directly into the factory sending unit. If you go 150gph or bigger then you have to drop the tank and install the larger pick-up tube and hoses.

I'm not sure on his Cummins Whit but on a DMax the supply line has a .500" ID and the return line from the engine is .240" ID. The problem on a DMax is that the pick up tube on the bucket in the tank is a .240" ID so there is a restriction before the fuel ever gets to the .500 line. There is a fuel pick-up mod that can be done to make the line a .500" ID. Up to 100gph lift pumps can still used the stock set up but it must be modified when running anything bigger.

Is your 03 a SO 250hp engine?
my thoughts now are to open her up with a AFE intake, 4" dual exhaust with muffler delete and 5" tips, airdog or FASS fuel system, set of gauges, and a quadzilla fuel gauge. tuners will come later when I can afford tranny work.
I want to keep my jeep, looking for a custom front bumper to mount a WARN 8274 if you can shoot me a rough estimate I would appreciate it. Thanks, Tony BTW I live up in the Northern Panhandle of WV accross the river from Wellsville OH ORV park

Mine is the H.O. If you stay with a mild tune your trans will prob be fine untill you upgrade it as long as you dont beat on it... But most of us(me included) can't. PM me the specs on your jeep like year and what you are looking for with it like a stinger and hoop for hood and radiator protection, bare/paint/powdercoat etc. and I will shoot you a quote.
Thanks, Nick

Hey Whit...
I'm not sure on the need for the larger lines in all honesty. Yes, bigger is better sure but it gets pretty pricey looking for fuel rated hose that will do that job. Running the 3/8" ID from the FASS kit (I assume the Air Dog is similar?) you won't see any issues. Using 1/2" ID is just overkill unless you are pushing 500 ponnies...
