black smoke IS NOT raw fuel.. it is unused yes.. and sorry but there is no such thing as too much fuel just lack of air .... You need to have those turbos tuned that's where your problem is your not getting enough air. 120 horse injectors are small to need duel cp3 but that's besides the point.... I think you either have a boost leak or something along those lines. Where are your egt's at running down the road at 60? what kind of boost numbers are you seeing? just a few more variables that can help solve your problem.

another thing is just because you got dual cp3's doesnt mean its going to put more fuel in the motor its just going to keep the volume in the rail right?

As for the programmer ive tried the settings like the original back up and that and it helped but not much(I did this a month ago) and as for my boost and egts... @60mph normal driving is maybe a few pounds of boost(I'm pretty positive they aren't leaking) and if I'm doing 60mph on flat pavement I've got maybe anywhere from 750-900 egt

Your right having twin cp3 has nothing to do with putting more fuel in the motor it's just to keep the rail fed..

And with 120's and twins your truck should not smoke hardly at all if at all. That's the point of putting compound turbos on, to have a fast lighting high volume air set up to burn all the fuel in the motor.. I'm telling you you have a turbo problem...
