I'm running ADS injectors. I had them rebuild a set of stock injectors.

I was looking at a ATS Aurora 4000 Turbo.

Overpriced products with horrible customer support. My opinion of ATS, and the same of a majority of people you will talk to. The 4000 is a 64/70 comp/turbine. They want over $2k for that bad boy.

I would recommend Industrial Injection. If you want a turbo about the same size, look at a Super PhatShaft 64, its a 64/71, and go for about $1800. Better product and customer support IMO. If you want something a little less laggy and more towing friendly their PhatShaft turbos have a 65mm turbine. All depends on what you do with the truck.

Mostly use the truck for the weekends, have a pos work truck. Do a little towing mostly a quad trailer, mini excavator or a pop up nothing crazy heavy. Would like a turbo a quicker spool up.

Sorry, my bad .... I should have read more closely. I took a second look at what he's running (instead of a glance this time, again my screw up) and with 100hp injectors, Bully Dog, etc., why not look at a set of twins instead of a single?

You'd get more air for the fuel you're pushing, the EGT's should drop like a stone in water, and you've already got the exhaust for it. Yeah its a bit more expensive, but it solves the problems that exist now and prevents the problems a larger single turbo would produce.

If you went that route I would use the factory turbo along with either an HT3B or S400. Check out this twin kit from Jkidd, hes a site sponsor. Just select the specifics to your application. This is just piping and does not include turbos, but is a good price.

2003-2007 Dodge Cummins Twin Turbos s300/s400, He351/s400 or He341/s400

He also sells a 75mm S400 for the bottom charger, but you would probably only need the 72mm version.

S400 75mm Turbo

You could still use a single at that power level that would be quick spooling, I would say somewhere between a 62-63/65-68/12-14. Same sponsor also builds custom S300 turbos.

Just giving you some options

I would look at a Thunder 330 from Industrial Injection.

My thunder 330 lowered my egts by almost 300 degrees versus my stock turbo.
