what do you mean by "Fairly Stock" ? trucks with a programmer or a chip benefit because they hit the factory boost limit and the ECU defuels and the truck and throws a code. The fooler absorbs this high boost signal and sends a constant signal to the ECU that is within acceptable limits. In theory a truck without any mods wont be able to hit the boost limit due to programming anyway so the boost fooler would never be needed.

I ordered mine after i got my tuner because i got sick of having to reflash every week or so to get rid of the codes.

it will help. Your ecm will only allow so much boost. its all electronically controlled so the boost fooler will allow your turbo to achieve more pressure without sending any trouble codes.
