I have a 2006 Dodge Megacab that I just put a 5" MBRP system on with their muffler and it has alot of drone while towing my 5th wheel. I've been considering moving the muffler up to just after the down pipe.

I think it would cut down on the drone as that is where I have been advised to place a resonator.

Would there be any disadvantage to this?
