I'm gonna get a in cab gauge eventually (soon), I just have to many projects haha.

Mine has pressure almost every tank. Think about this...the fuel is cold on start up and then expands as the WARMED fuel is returned from the CP3...pressure.

However, this is not an instantaneous thing...so IMHO, it sounds like the grommet wasn't seated correctly.
