I had a suncoast in my 06 cummins and had one problem with it and it was nothing major. Called them up and took a drive to their shop and they fixed it and no questions were asked, hell they did even look at the damn paper work. Great customer service and just all around nice guys to deal with.

After several communication issues, not on ATS's part, the shop got the invoice to them for the install of 3 Valve Bodies, plus purchase of something called a transducer i think in addition to a governor pressure solenoid, and labor to install it, fluid, etc.

Made several calls to ATS about it after the invoice was faxed to them, and after several weeks received a reimbursement check from ATS for Half what I paid the shop for the work?????

As my grandpa would say "better than a swift kick in the pants"

Transmission still is not right, I am going to call them "again" in the morning, see what the heck.

I am done putting money into it. I am scheduled to be in Denver Colorado here in a couple months.

I am going ask if they would like me to bring it so they can fix it.

I'd like to see what they do. A diesel performance shop asked me how I liked my tranny because they were thinking about becoming a dealer for ATS, I told th that I would never buy another product from them just because of their horrible customer service

Onkyo, If you can't get it figured out, let me know. I can't do it for free, but I will make it right and as cheap as possible. I hate hearing people have the headaches you are having as it gives all of us trans guys a black eye. So if you need help let me know.

omfg i went through 4 trannys with ats diesel when i lived in colorado. the first one ripped apart one of the clutch packs. the second one wouldnt shift out of second. when i would accelerate on the third tranny it would go into nuetral. they put 4 different valve bodies into it. the fourth tranny had a couple bad valve bodies too. all this plus the bullshit i went through wwith the customer service i cant even begin to explain the whole story. google ats issue and you can get a whole bunch of people with the same issue. they would also have my truck for weeks at a time.
