the 62 was on the truck when i purchased it.

wouldn't mind moving to a 64.

how would i know if it's a super phat?

A super phat shaft has a 71 mm turbine wheel. A phat shaft has a 65 mm turbine whee(same as an HTB2) Short of taking the exhaust housing off and measuring the wheel I don't know if there is an easy way to tell. Unless II stamps it on the housing or in the model number somewhere.

after two tanks and hand calculating the mpg, I'm sitting at 15mpg.

90% of my driving is on the HW and i average around 70mph (smarty on level 1).

is 15mpg bad?
