Like i stated above since it is an early 04 I would get the PPE.

As far as a smarty goes, the S06 is what you want, you can get different tunes on line.
As far as what is best with an early 04, I can't help you with that. I do know that the smarty TNT tunes have some popping issues with the 03-04 trucks. If others are saying that the PPE is a good tune, I'd go with that. (I'm a smarty fan, too...)
I'd start anther thread about which tuner is best for the early 04. You'd probably get more responses like that.
