TRANS TEMP QUESTION

ON A 04 DRW 4X4 WHAT SHOULD THE TRANS TEMP BE WHEN DRIVING WITH NO LOAD ?AND THE MAX TEMP BE WITH A LOAD? AND WHAT WOULD A TEMP BE WHEN YOU WOULD START TO BACK OFF? OR GIVE IT A REST? THANKS
