this is what i have,06 ,5.9 southbend 3600,tntr,flux1.8,htt62-65-14,air dog 150,afe air fillter.I think the truck should make 550 to 585hp as is.I know the turbo is rated at 550,but should hold 600.what would be the cheapest way to make a little over 600hp,with 42lb of boost.Maybe MP8

 

Your EGT's are going to be very high with that small of a turbo.

what do you think numbers will be with the mp8.I only want one short dyno run.not a daily driver. just driving around i dont even use the smarty that much.

 

The turbo is going to limit your hp.

 

I'm evolving and have an MP-8 that I will let go for 350. shipped! They claim 100hp so that will put you where you want to be but don't run it maxed out all the time! Just for the dyno should be ok!

If i did not have a 13k fith wheel i could go with the bigger turbo. so i will most likely stay where i am.cant see twins any time soon.i would just like to get 600 on the dyno and be happy with that.I have a smarty and gauges, if i cant get to 600 with another box thats ok the truck runs strong the way it is.

 

600hp on a stock turbo and still tow is about impossible.

 

the turbo is a htt62-65-14 Idont want to tow with 600 hp.just for a dyno run then tow with motor only.
