Last night on the back roads. I got a 16.5 @94mph 1/4 mile with 2nd 3rd and 5th gears spinning some. Yall think thats decent for the quad cab 4x4? I didnt spool it either, I havent figured out how to spool it and change from 2nd to 3rd fast enough... Might have been a little better if the damn road wasnt as curvy too... Oh it was on Level 5.

 

Those numbers seem a little odd... High MPH number for the time. If the truck was spinning I'll bet you knock a CRAP load off that time if you can get it to hook. Try launcing in 4wd?

 

Spinning in 5th gear? :rolleyes: Only twinned or 800hp + trucks do that.

 

It spun, wasnt the greatest road in the world... probably a soft spot or hit a hole.

 

I agree w/ DD. Maybe it just feels like it's spinning but your clutch is slipping instead...

There is a guy on another site that claims he can spin in 5th gear and he's running 22.5s w/ just a Predator DL!!!!! Maybe I just don't know how to drive because I have a lot more stuff on mine and it won't come close to that!! Maybe 2nd gear if I get it just right but never any higher gears. I just have stock rims/tires too..
