Default Looking to upgrade Injectors... suggestions... experiences?

My truck is over 200k now with stock injectors. I'm looking to change them out. Thinking about going back stock but would be slightly interested in upgrading to 50hp or 90hp. I have a Cold Air intake and an Edge EZ.

What would you do? I've always worked on my own 12v's so I can do most mechanical work myself - always have. Do you simply pull the injectors (per spec) and replace them?
