Turbo ID help

Need help IDing a turbo. THis was on the truck when I bought it. If yall can HELP me ID it that would be sweet.

Thanks for the reply man. Jason at dieselnut emailed me and we are getting it fugured out. agian thanks man. BTW do they ever have any diesel drags down there in houston?
