Sounds like your losing voltage! A ghost in the machine! That one is hard to find when it's not happening!

Ok, I'm still tryin to pinpoint why my truck cuts out when I get on it. I had found earlier last week that I had a bad crank sensor, changed that and now it runs better without cutting out as much while driving normally. I still have it cut out when I go to take off or get on it alot. I was told that it might be the FICM...?? I was wondering, Is the FICM inside the ECM or the PCM, or is it external from those like the Fords?? Anyone?? Also I was wondering what the easiest way to go about checking/testing to see if its bad? Thanks in advance!

FICM is your power distribution center, not likely the problem but possible.

The TCM is on the passenger side firewall and generally doesn't have anything to do with engine control.

The P2146 and 2149 codes indicate connection problems to both banks of injectors. The 03's have a TSB for possible corrosion and bad connections on the ECU plugs. From the sounds of things when you installed the Edge and moved the harness and possibly disrupted connections.

You either have some bad connection on the injector harness from the Edge box, recheck them and make SURE they are tight, or a bad connection at the ECU with the main harness plugs, or your Edge box is bad.

Start there and see if you can influence the problems.

Take the edge off again and drive it for a couple weeks. My bet is the truck will run fine
then get a Smarty.
