heres my opinion, with truck performance parts you get what you pay for, dont buy some cheep chinease nockoff brand that a wheel will fall off because your to cheep to pay the extra $1000 on a good turbo with a warrantee
So, what did you find worked best for your application? I'm looking to upgrade from my factory turbo when I go to 150 horse injectors and what I use my truck for sounds about identical to what you use yours for.
I ended up with a HTT 62/71/13ss. That might not be the end of it though. I may have to swap back to a 65mm exhaust wheel. The 13ss seems to do the trick for exhaust flow and speed but the 71mm wheel is hard to light up at this altitude. I think with my previous setups I was using too small of an exhaust housing in the 12cm and the air speed wasn't near as good so it was a lot less efficient. So, I think for me the ultimate combo would be a 62/65/13ss. Depending on what altitude you're at and how much fuel you throw at it you might get by with a 71mm wheel and never worry about drive pressures. See, your injectors will help a ton on the low end when lighting the turbo. I'm running stock injectors. I'm very happy right now with EGT's. I can run the Juice on Hot mode with the EZ on level one for pressure and the Smarty Jr. with default timing and 4 on the TQ management and pull 10k up a 7% grade on cruise at 2200 RPM or 73 MPH and not go over 1300 EGT. If I down shift into 5th I can run the throttle at will and never go over 1100 EGT. But, daily driving provides a lot of smoke off the bottom from the TQ management and low boost but once it lights it is a ride.

Right on. Not to mention the cost of a Cummins versus a ricer or small blcok Chevy.
