Ran the same as stock, 1100 egt, 34 lbs. of boost, but the torque was awesome. Make sure it's updated to the new P.O.D (Power On Demand) software, then set the timing at 4, torque at 1 or 2, and the power level at 1 or 2 (level 3 with torque at 3 or 4 if you want to haul azz). It'll knock your socks off!!!!

BTW, Smarty won't fudge up the ECM or erase your key count.

well, I wont say I hate the adrenaline but I can say my triple dog and PMT broke the tires loose when ever I wanted to. The adrenaline struggles in that department.

I also have some other issues like nusance codes and rough idle that if not fixed with the next software will make me return it.
the next software update will also unlock the custom parameters. so hopefully I can gain some mileage and increase the low end.

the other thing is that I have an extended warranty and the adrenaline is a bit of a pain to take out for dealer visits

I know thats why I will wait until the next software update, as thats supposed to fix the codes and stuff, but I got two sets of software that were supposed to fix the 480 and 243 codes.
The next software was suposed to be out last week.
I am not complaining, i just dont see how the custom stuff will make that big of a difference. Maybe it will, who knows.

Myself and several others felt the same way about the Adrenaline for our VP44 trucks. I almost took mine out and went a different route but I'm glad I didn't because I love mine now that Quad got almost all the bugs worked out. The Custom tuning is the best thing about the Adrenaline IMHO. Keep us update bud.
