Stock an auto trans 1999 to 2002 is good for about 100. A stick of that era is good for just slightly more at around 120 HP. 2003 to 2005 you'll see the auto more closely matched with the stick at around 115 to 120 and 2006 and 2007 5.9L trucks will see only just slightly higher at MAYBE 120.
Now this is conservative and is only a guideline. I would never do anything you didn't have the money to fix later on and would never suggest you do something just because I thought it was safe. Let's face it transmissions are NOT cheap and should not be abused to the point of short term destruction (again, without prior knowledge of your intent).
Now is it good for a stack - you bet. Remember that you will want to run one on timing and the other on fuel because doing both in both cases doesn't really work as you might think. If you just want it "juiced" up with bio diesel there is no issues at all except that your mileage will likely suffer more because the energy in bio is less than that of dino diesel.
Hope that helps.

I ran my smarty on 5 one time and it was awesome. I hit the pedal about 1/2 way while doing around 25mph and it broke the rear end loose. I only run mine on 3 right now, and am thrilled with it. But I am looking for tranny parts right now too. I want to upgrade before it does get broke.

The newer trucks can take upto 100hp or so as long as you don't abuse it and ya don't get onto it until higher up in RPMs. They just can't handle the torque down low. Everybody's driving style and transmission is different so thats why there are such wide range of numbers. My 94 couldn't even stand upto the stock 160hp but other guys are running stock 47RH's with 200hp.
