is this a good one to buy looking for some input to inhance my ride

There is a guy on the forum that sells the smarty in his shop, he could give you some good input. I watched a guy run one on his truck in his second dyno run this weekend, he really liked it. First run stock with exhaust and intake only 313hp, with smarty on level 9, 442hp. Look for mysterync in the members list, or go to southeast bombers in the forum jump, and he should have a posted thread. Hope this helps!

I have a new truck and was just wondering if that was the best choice for a mod to my truck or is there something elese to look at.. don't want to damage my tranny or bring it in for service and have them see a programmer was used in my truck to void my warranty.. also mine is a 06 and at the smarty site ther are two kind's of 06 how do I deturmen mine for the right programmer model

is the smarty a good choice for one and how much juice to give it with out hurting it it also adds timming with each step if you want it

Stock 317.7 / 769.3

Smarty 443.1 / 908.7

In my opinion the Smarty Box is bar none the best non-shift on the fly box out there. It has a code reader ($200+ dollar value), it has upgradeable programming, it has a fuel saver mode and a half power mode. torque management and doesn't raise rail pressures enough (if at all) to be of a concern.

You can't go wrong with it.

With a properly upgraded truck you can get an additional 140 to 160 HP and 300 torque on level 9 but this isn't for your daily driver...

I have a Smarty and I like it! Of course you should have gauges installed.

how much extra hp or torq will a stock tranny take and be safe one moore thing is it ok to run home made bio diesel with no changes to anything and is it ok with it juiced up with the smarty
