Default Twins + exhaust brake

Is it ok to run a exhaust brake behind twin turbos?

Could be a space problem...the Jake is pretty big.

If you want to know for sure...ask Jacobs's

I have a Pac Brake. I talked to 2 people at ATS one said I could one said I couldn't. The one guy at ATS said its not that it wont fit, its hard on the turbos but really couldn't explain.

I have one of those (Inline Banks Brake) I need the seals for the air actuator. They have the parts and they gave me a price $5 someting but then they told me they wont sell me the parts I need but will sell me the whole actuator. Which is over $450.
So basicaly they ticked me off and I went and bought a turbo mount pac Brake. I really don't want to buy another.

i agree on the hard on turbos, dont see why you want to, twins are for getting more air in and the brake just keeps it from coming out, i understand you want it for towing and what not, but you cant have your cake and eat it to!!!

I do 90% towing the last thing I will give up is a exhaust brake. We all know twins provide best all around performance.

It will work fine. Like posted, you have to use the remote mount. As for being hard on the turbos, I don't think it will be much harder on them than anything else we do. Most brakes have a slight delay in them once you are off the throttle anyhow, so your turbos will be spinning down anyways. Thats just the point, you can have your cake and eat it too.
