what size injectors are you going with? anything much over 90hp you will need an upgraded cp3, to keep up with the injectors...

My 03 will pop on a heavy tune with stock injectors. I'd say if you are going with bigger sticks you'll want an upgraded pump.

My 06 will drain the rail with stock pump, stock injectors, Smarty on 9, TST on 4/3. If you are going to go with sticks and more I would highly recomend a modded pump, or a bigger pump. Duals are not necessairy anymore IMHO.

I agree with 06 Diesel. You can drain the rail with stock sticks and very aggresive tuning. Rule of thumb at our shop, anything over a 60 stick and rail pressure will become an issue. To eliminate any guessing get a rail pressure guage and monitor it on the various levels of programming you will be running. You will see a drop as soon as you stab it but a healthy system will recover and maintain 24-26,000 psi. Also get a good lift pump.
